We visited another community pharmacy that was apart of Chang Mai University. The set up was very similar to what we've seen in other community pharmacies. Although we’ve seen many herbals this pharmacy has some of there own products. I spoke with some of the students that are on rotation there about what the most common herbals are.

Below are some products made by the pharmacy.

Many Thai people use androgrphis for sore throats as seen below.

Sesamin for osteoarthritis is one of the most commonly used because there is some evidence/clinical trials supporting it.

Cordyceps is used as a vitamin and is common but there is no data to support it.

These muscle relaxers have low evidence but are top sellers.

Compared to the United States, St John's Wart is one of the most common herbals used. This becomes very difficult for health care providers because there are many drug drug interactions. In Thailand this is a less commonly used herbal and is  behind the counter.
