I won’t go through every dish we made but my favorites were the pad thai, papaya salad and the mango sticky rice. I’ll go through each one and tell you why they were my favorites ! We had many choices and for each course we picked our favorites.
Before we started cooking we went through the garden and a market to see some of the ingredients we used.

Pad Thai!
I never was a fan of pad Thai but I really enjoy it here. The ingredients are easy to find and it takes very little time to make it.
Papaya salad!
All time favorite! We used a mortar and pestle to crush the garlic and peppers then added in tomatoes, carrots, green beans and the unripe papaya.
Mango sticky rice!
The rice is soaked then cooked in a bamboo basket. We collected butterfly pea flowers from the garden, boiled them in water which released the blue pigment. As you can see in image below the rice is blue and white.
We also made our own curry paste!
